Not just another Day

Spaghetti Day
     Even though yesterday was National Spaghetti Day and I fully intended to make Braided Spaghetti Bread I ended up having a major craving for Stuffed Bell Peppers.  They didn't come out totally like i would have liked them to but all of the crew says they were great.  My taste buds are a bit off for me.  I at least know that I would have liked to use my moms sauce recipe in them.  This afternoon we did have Spaghetti for lunch. Well the little ones did.  My oldest son, husband and myself had fried Spaghetti.  It's not much for a clean eating but it sure hit the spot.  You have to try it.  For any red sauce paste you make the night before its easy yummy goodness.  Pull out from the fridge and get out your good pan.  Add a few pads of Butter. Yes, I said Butter and let it melt.  You have a choice at this point.  Either used your room temperature Spaghetti and start frying at med-low after mixing it once over. Or your cold Pasta on High and fry.  You're going to want to salt it a little and still stirring once over.  Let it sit and cook.  I take my time and have a seat and play on my phone and flip.  You can stir a little or don't even fry the other side.  My sister would call it a Paula Dean Special. But it's just something good to have that we don't have that often.  I hope you like it as much as we do.  Also, you can add some Parm Cheese while cooking.  Enjoy the day.
